Ceramic tile is one of the hardest flooring material on the market. But even the most durable products can break down. Floor tiles can crack due to wear and tear, or through damage if a heavy object is dropped on them. Replacing a single tile is more cost efficient than retiling an entire floor.

STEPS
1) Remove grout from around edges of tile using the grout raker.Be sure not to damage any of the surrounding tiles.
